Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to player registration for BPL Season 3, organised by Boda Prajapati League (“BPL”, “we”), Mumbai. By registering on this website you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
Registration is open only to members of the Boda Prajapati Samaj who are 16 years or older. BPL may ask for confirmation of samaj membership or age at any time. Registrations that do not meet these conditions may be cancelled and refunded.
2. Registration
The last date to register is 15 November 2026, 11:59 PM (IST). A registration is confirmed only after the fee is paid successfully and a Registration ID is shown. Please give correct details — your name, photo, jersey name and number are used for team selection, jerseys and announcements.
3. Fees & payment
The registration fee is ₹1000 per player, paid online through Razorpay (UPI, card or netbanking). BPL does not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
4. Team selection
Registration does not guarantee selection in a team. Team selection is decided by BPL and will be shared by 15 December 2026. Players who are not selected get a full refund as per our Refund Policy.
5. Tournament
Tournament dates and venue will be announced by BPL. BPL may change the schedule, venue or format if needed (for example due to weather or ground availability) and will inform players.
6. Conduct
Players must follow the rules of the game, the decisions of umpires and organisers, and behave respectfully with all players, officials and spectators. BPL may remove a player for misconduct; the fee is not refunded in that case.
7. Photos & media
The photo you upload and photos/videos taken during the tournament may be used by BPL for jerseys, team lists and on BPL social media (for example Instagram @boda_prajapati_league).
8. Health & safety
Players take part at their own risk and should be medically fit to play. BPL will take reasonable care but is not responsible for injuries or loss of personal belongings.
